Unhappy experience - Engineer bei BAE Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

A great company to work for a while, before the latest in a long round of management changes. But by the end of my stint there my mental health severely suffered under pressure of micromanagement and experienced managers being moved aside and replaced by people who simply didn't understand what they were managing (which resulted in more micromanagement to compensate). No consistent process yet if you deviated from any particular person's idea of what the process was you were hauled over the coals. Despite the company themselves claiming they were worried about staff losses, no HR exit interview took place. Absolutely no regrets about leaving.
