Totally unrealistic schedules for SLRs - system engineers have no input to schedules Project Engineers complete Discipline Engineer Reports, that are then checked by discipline engineers..... surely wrong way round Management reactive to MOD mandates rather than being strong and deciding our own schedule priorities Feeling of futility amongst engineers - for above reasons Poor morale High staff turnover
