Pros
Very committed workforce who are genuinely trying to do their best for the company. In theory this could be a very successful business with the technology and talented ground staff. The new CEO seems to be trying to turn it around.
Kontras
Atrocious leadership and micro-management / excessive interference from the Directors and middle management make this a very inefficient and frustrating organisation to work in. The board is made up of individuals who may be technically astute but possess limited leadership skills, consistently set unrealistic targets and only want to be surrounded by yes men. Any constructive challenge back will get you quite publically bullied and humiliated in front of an audience. Hours are also ridiculous with the mentality being the longer the staff can work, the more effective they will be. Don't expect to get acknowledged or rewarded for working all the additional hours.
