No micromanagement, great opportunity to develop and learn, customer-focused, upward mobility opportunities, good benefits and pay

none really - continual improvement is hard sometimes but it's being done in increments for the long haul which makes sense

The Heads of the company are reasonable, dedicated and smart. I believe they want the best for their employees, and went out of their way to accommodate or facilitate any issues that their employees faced. Kudos!

Local leadership is lacking. The CIO is more interested in trapping you then getting to the root of an issue. "Maybe if I ask this question 5 times the answer will change... " He has caused blow out fights in the office. The senior engineer isn't much better. Very condescending. Don't expect to go home on time. Ever.
