No pros for this company that continuously exhibit systemic racism and doesn't give their long term colored employees the promotion they deserve.

Kontras

No promotion for colored women who worked longer term in this department. Meanwhile non colored employees who haven't launched a product even after working 1 year getting promotion. Skin color is extremely important here.
