Working at Dincloud/ATSG has been one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. Here's why: Toxic Work Environment: The culture is riddled with micromanagement, favoritism, and a complete disregard for employee well-being. Management seems more focused on power dynamics than fostering collaboration or innovation. Low Compensation: The pay and benefits are nowhere near competitive for the industry, especially considering the workload. Raises, if given, are negligible and don't even cover inflation. Overall, this job has felt more like a drain on my energy and confidence than a place to thrive professionally. I would not recommend ATSG to anyone who values respect, career development, or their mental health.
