Good product, horrible management - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Axeda: Mitarbeiterbewertung

tenured staff has tendency to talk down to newer staff; new management came in earlier this year and laid off a bunch of good people for false reasons; overall morale is low and people are scared for their jobs (not a good thing!!). New managements goal is to make the company attractive so it can be bought - which also leads to people wondering about their jobs for the future. If bought, new management team will leave (that's what they do) and a newer mgmt team will come in. very unstable.
