Inexperienced leadership, they don’t know who their customers should be, they change their minds at a moment’s notice, they’ve fired and hired heads of sales twice in 6 months, they want everyone involved in every decision so it slows down everything, they can’t make a decision and then stay with it, how they hire employees and particularly executives is broken.
