Pros
Great customers and distributors make the mission worthwhile. They paid me very well with salary and bonus. They provided every other Friday off, as they tried to improve culture, this didnt seem permanent.
Kontras
Quarterly changes in strategy result in slower than expected progress and regular questions about progress when the latest strategy was just kicked off. Culture is lacking. Neck biting and hen house culture at middle management was enable and senior VP's would even join in.
