Decent 401K match, good insurance plans, majority of coworkers are good people.
Kontras
No reward for excellent workers, no punishment for bad workers, others are expected to pick up poor employees slack. Difficult to receive raise outside of cost of living raise that everyone gets. Issues that cause employees to leave aren’t fixed, work is just transferred to next employee to pick up and also get burned out.
