We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve found our remote culture supportive and customer focused. Creating an environment where people feel connected and empowered, regardless of location, is something we care deeply about.
We also appreciate your feedback about in-person onboarding. While remote work offers flexibility, we recognize the value of face-to-face interactions, especially for new team members. Your suggestion to host in-person onboarding sessions once or twice a year is a great idea, and we’ll be exploring how we might incorporate that into our future onboarding strategy.
