A classic bait-and-switch. Got hired as an engineer? Expect to do sales work. Think you will get any support from the consultancy? Guess again. Took 3 weeks just to get any computer to do work. Expect to be asked to remove jobs from other people in the client businesses to off-shore them to Brazil. Don't you love it when someone takes your job? How about if *you* are the one accountable for removing others' jobs? Feel good to take money out of someone else's pocket?
