Concerning trend of mass resignation and terminations among good employees has led to alot of people worried about the stability of their job and the company as a whole.
Over the past few years the company culture has change dramatically from a place where people really cared for eachother and worked closely together to one where everyone is looking out for themselves. Management is quick to blame the frontline employees when management is the one who has put them in no win situations. It is really sad as a long time employee to see what has become of a workplace that used to have such a great culture. There has definitely been some questionable choices of those selected for management positions that makes you wonder how in tune the leadership is with what actually goes on at the company on a daily basis.
The product has also fallen behind in recent years and I'm not sure how well it stacks up to its competitors.
Pay is also significantly below market compesenation.
