The company is constantly changing in the way it works from territories to teams to compensation. As of this year they said it will take until May to determine the years compensation with zero indication of how much money you have made working the 4 months prior with the excuse of “it’s not our department”. If you are looking for a career company to spend multiple years at go elsewhere unless you enjoy complacency.
