On the topic of compensation, All Availity positions are evaluated regularly and assigned a market reference point (MRP). MRPs are a global standard in comparing and analyzing compensation. From there, our hiring managers will consider skill level, experience, performance and other factors. Often, our hiring managers work with their HR business partners to make sure salaries are competitive against the ‘Market’ or MRP. And be sure not to confuse pay with total rewards, or you may be underestimating overall value—benefits, unlimited PTO, a more favorable 401k match than many companies, wellness reimbursement, and more!
