Pros

Everyone is so supportive and helpful while you're getting started and learning the ropes. Expectations for your role are clearly laid out and team leads are helpful with giving honest and constructive feedback to help you do your best. I've found my team is always on hand to provide support, so it never feels as though I'm left alone with any issues. Despite being fully remote, there's always someone available if you need them, from immediate teammates to HR or management. Great efforts are made to ensure you're well supported in the remote role, including funds for coworking if you need more social interactions. Overall I'm thrilled with the job, I've already learned so much, yet still have so much room for career growth.

Kontras

Only downside is the long application process. It can be a bit stressful if you're not used to more technical applications with tests of your skills.

Remote only, provides work machines without issue, and company software.

Kontras

Sometimes they don't follow their policies regarding a performance improvement plan and will fire you on the spot.
