      Hardworking and nice teammates, hot technology space, work-life balance attainable (if you ignore the pressure)

      Kontras

      Top-down "just do what we tell you to" management style, resource-strapped, convoluted processes in engineering and product; constant negotiating and arguing to move just a hair in the right direction—it's exhausting; potentially the least-approachable C-Suite and senior management of any place I've worked at.

We have instituted many methods of 'listening' to our employees, including weekly Town Hall meetings with open Q&A and regular Pulse surveys to gauge employees' asks. Please let us know what your solutions are to the problems you see - I promise you will not be made to feel wrong.
