1. The first rules of AES as they say, Employees our # 1 assest isn't True.
2. They commit to the customers and can't deliver.
3. Procurement doesnt know what they are doing, they only buy enough parts for a project and dont account for the others as in quantity.
4. They cant decifer the differrence between a Manufacturing Part number vs Vendor Part Number.
5. Bill of Material doen not match drawings.
6. Always on hold with Vendors and cant get parts to build jobs to meet ontime delivery.
7. Higher management knows the issues but does not move forward to fix the problem
