- Great leaders and co workers - Allows remote work - Good benefits - Takes care of its people - Compensation rewards on good performance - Gives RSUs

- Too many reorgs (every 2-3 years) which can impact either you or your co-workers - Not easy to get promoted here but they reward through compensation increases - They have a centralized HR management and systems which could be improved as you might dealing with an HR Rep who is completely unaware of regional nuances - HR is very supportive when you're working with the company but equally unresponsive and unsupportive when you're leaving the company
