Instead of investing in skilled professionals and a sustainable future, leadership seems more interested in appeasing active investors through superficial savings. Morale is at an all-time low, institutional knowledge is walking out the door, and there's no clear strategic vision beyond trimming expenses. Unless there's a major course correction, it's hard to see a positive path forward.
