Safe company, no concerns about layoffs or job loss, decent benefits

Kontras

Not much opp to move up. Shady middle management, saw some unethical things. Heard several had been fired since I left. To move you, you gotta move out. Worked long hours to exceed standards but it was never enough. Negative motivation style of management. Not much support, often covered shifts myself and often forced to help other stores favored by a good ol boys system

If you have motivation and availability you move up fast. Great co workers. You can learn alot if your willing.
