Pros

Steady work ,consistent schedule,except for mandatory ot. (But that was extra 260).Also having 3 days off on weekend was awesome. (If no overtime)

Some favoritism, politics ,ultra culture having to say a mission type statement at the start of every shift ,seems only worried about production ,not about workers ,workers were just a number.but on the other hand great benefits and Neverending work and decent pay.though giving alot of pressure for production for others not making production on everyone if they didnt want "overtime" and the worst was thier point system.double points on superbowl, March madness days and all holidays ,so it is a half point for being late and your were late on these days it was a whole point ,also zero tolerance attendance like even if you have a family emergency like your mom has a stroke or has to go into surgery you have to take the point and then fight with paperwork to get it back off ,just nonsense like that was def neg.
