I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with Autism Recovery Network. As a recent graduate, this experience has provided me with valuable skills and hands-on knowledge that are directly applicable to working with children. I’ve had the chance to put theoretical concepts into practice, which has greatly enhanced my understanding of child development and behavioral strategies. The mentors and supervisors at ARN are highly experienced, and their genuine passion for their work is both inspiring and motivating. Their guidance has been crucial to my growth, offering me constructive feedback and a deeper understanding of the field. One of the most rewarding aspects of working at ARN is the collaborative environment. The team’s commitment to working together to support the children we serve has shown me the importance of teamwork and effective communication. I look forward to continuing my journey with ARN, building on the experiences I’ve gained, and contributing further to the organization’s mission in the years ahead.

While this is rare, there are times when the center may be temporarily unavailable during emergency situations. The center may not always be able to answer immediately due to the high volume of calls and inquiries, which is understandable. I don’t hold this against them, as the team is doing their best to handle all queries. Working on Saturdays is another consideration, but if you are committed to working in this field, it's important to be adaptable and get used to working on weekends!
