DO NOT work for them. wont pay u will btu will promise to. u will work thinking taht u will get paid well but u will eng up with a small amount of payment. lots of clients sessions are cancelled and u wont get paid. if there are no-shows by teh clients and u r told that u will get paid, but u wont. there r lots of physical absue done by clients and u wont be c0ompensated. they accused me and blamed me while the client left marks of abuse on my body and his mom kicked me out of home. they blamed me and fired me. tehy have the worst supervisors that will treat u badly. do not work for them.

• Communication is consistent • Gratitude from knowing your contribution to the world is actually helping people • Supervisors and everyone on team work together to make work flow smoothly even with transitioning to new policies

Kontras

•Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!
