Don't let this "small" company fool you! This is a company with big heart and certainly makes its employees feel like part of a family. I have been with the company for almost 6months and enjoy working here. Here are few of many reasons to love this company: -Excellent culture. The CEOs are extremely nice and genuinely care for their staff. - Better PTO than many other big companies -Tremendous opportunities to grow for the ones who want to succeed. - Opportunity to train and improve your skill sets - Flexible hours (seriously, as long as you get the work done and client is happy, they DO NOT micro manage!!! ) - The company is like a big family which also means a lot of fun activities and lunches! Plus there is always plenty of free snacks and beverages. - This company has great heart and strongly believes in giving back to the community. They participate in a various charity work!

There are some talented Consultants with the misfortune of working at this location.

Karen Moree is not a leader and used intimidation and threats, along with several other "leaders." There are some great people here in the organization. However, the failure of the leadership makes for a poor working experience. There is an extreme amount of favoritism and nepotism. You can get away with violating the law as long as you're in the leadership's good favor. They will exploit and overwork their Consultants to the point of exhuastion, then claim you're not working. You will produce the work they ask for and then pretend like you never delivered it. They prey on H1BI. And despite how hard you work, people won't believe anything you say, even if a client blatantly lies and several people who work with the client indicate that an employee at the client's location is lying. Unless you're Causcasian because then you need to be given the benefit of the doubt.
