Extremely toxic work environment and one of the most difficult places I have worked. In my experience, there was a lack of transparency from both coworkers and upper management, which made it very difficult to succeed or feel supported. Communication often felt misleading, expectations changed frequently, and at times it seemed like employees were being set up to fail rather than helped to improve. The culture was negative, morale appeared very low, and turnover seemed consistently high, which was not surprising given the environment. This did not feel like a place focused on employee growth, long-term development, or teamwork. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others carefully consider opportunities elsewhere.
