Being one of the largest hospital systems on the coast means extremely good job security. The system has a strong central ethic and sense of community. CHS is dedicated to its patients and to its employees.
Kontras
Leadership at different locations are not all the same. Some are excellent leaders who value their employees and show it every day. They are mentors, and friends, as much as managers. However, there are those with poor leadership skills, and the condition of their offices reflects this.
