Person in the daily recruiting sales trenches was responsive and focused on the clients needs and my needs as a consultant representing their firm. The daily operations person was really the face of the organization for consultants and helped navigate a myriad of things with aplomb.

The primary interface with the company (representing a number of consultants placed at one particular firm) got promoted (surely for very good reasons). Nevertheless her relationship skills (e.g., “trust”) with many of the consultants fell far short of her competitors (e.g., PlanetPharma).
