      Pros

      benefits just ok, nothing special, health insurance is expensive. I heard complaints all the time about how insurance cuts into pay, but you just have to have some type of insurance I guess.

      no support for growing you, likely if in the field. Pay people more. Respect people and what they do more.

      Arbeitete an einem Ort, an dem jeder unabhängig von seiner Position ein Profi ist. Ich bin froh, dass ich von den talentierten und erfahrenen Menschen lernen konnte.

      Schedule was good and flexible when consistent.

      It is a relatively small company trying to expand by hanging onto outdated principles. Upper management seems to be closed minded to suggestions. There seems to be a "good ol boy" network in full effect that is virtually impossible to overcome.
