Friendly atmosphere: it's easy to communicate. Mostly cooperative people: there's all sorts, as there is everywhere, but my experience on the whole is positive. Great market positioning: it's always fun where the products are something you can take pride in.
Kontras
A family run business for 30 years, there are many people in the company who don't have the professional qualifications or understanding to be in their role. As a result a lot of improvements are uphill struggles because the family loyalty angle cannot be replaced. For this same reason, the political inner workings are not a trifling matter.
