- clear processes that make tasks manageable - I have moved up the ranks thanks to the various opportunities to learn and grow professionally - there is never a dull day, we have fast-paced environment that keeps things interesting - everything is manageable thanks to the great tools and resources - it is good feeling to know that management headed by our CEO Matt Goker listens and values our input - I am proud to be part of a global company making an impact

Not really much to say here.

The leadership is rotten to the core. They were good liars and often left people guessing about what was going on. Communication is literally the worst, updates were rarely clear. There was a lot of control over small tasks, which made the work feel heavier than it needed to be. Managers got involved in everything, which slowed things down instead of helping. The systems were messy and did not work properly most of the time. A lot of people left quickly. Huge disappointment.
