So many. Just so many. - Extremely hostile work environment -Management is uncaring -Age discrimination -Borderline sexual harassment -Racial discrimination. (to everyone that isn't from the owners nationality really) -Massive turnover -Reluctance to change -No advancement -Treated like you don't matter -Every employee that isn't from the core nationality looks to leave -Be ready when the CEO visits to treat him like he is VERY special. Last time he came he requested a V8 engine BMW 6 or 5 series only. Incredibly arrogant. Be ready to bow down. -Extremely hostile work environment (need to emphasize this again)
