While AssetOne boasts many positive aspects, it's essential to highlight a specific concern regarding the referral bonus policy. Despite referring a candidate who successfully worked for over four months and got converted to a client, I did not receive the referral bonus as outlined in the company's policies. The policy clearly states that employees are eligible for a bonus if their referred candidate works for a minimum of three months, raising questions about the consistency of the implementation of this incentive program. This discrepancy in the application of policies could be a point of improvement for AssetOne to ensure fairness and transparency in employee rewards.

AssetOne is a great place to work. It is a employee centric company. It has given scope to learn about new technologies. Management is very supportive and cares for your growth both professionally and personally. It has been close to 3 years since i joined here and this is the best company in my career.
