Be open to understanding that management is making decisions that are for the best interest of our clients, employees and the firm. There is not anyone sitting in an office wondering how they can hurt someone 3. In regards to employee development. Do not wait around for a promotion reach out and ask for it. If your manager gives you feedback on what you need to do, then do it.
