Honestly, I couldn't find anything pros for this company.

- huge staff turnover. Resulted in you might take over a case from previous staff without handover notes. - no proper system and chaos - no guidance and training. No feedbacks ever received once a case sent to manager. Any changes was done by manager directly without informing your where you did wrong with excuse "no time". - one case is done by multiple different staffs. - no clear duedates set up resulting in micro manage by managers. Being push for urgency but delayed by managers. Then what are you pushing for?
