The role is fully remote, and the team is very close-knit. This creates a healthy, supportive work environment on a day-to-day basis.
Kontras
As a young company, it still lacks clearly defined goals and direction. In my experience, leadership tends to make poor decisions, including hiring people for roles that aren't needed and later letting them go without a clear reason, which ends up wasting their time. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for stability.
