entitled international staff who have been rejected by the commercial sector so they come to ADB so they can put their kids through school for free and don't work to earn these salaries and benefits... not all but definitely a lot of them. They do not practice was they preach in terms of their gender and cultural initiatives. No respect for staff's personal time and space especially if you are NS. Consultants are treated better because most of them are spouses of International staff
