Since the management is terrible at their job and won't give you a schedule for things to do, you'll have a lot of time on your hands. Even after asking for work to do they'll most likely reply with "I'm not sure, but if I think of something I'll let you know".

The management's communication skills are the worst you'll ever experience. They take the cake at being the most indirect person you'll ever meet too. Not only will they lie to you about what you will be doing while working at ATP, but they will also drag out the interview process for months on end simply because they're lazy. After you're hired, they'll forget it's your first day (they have done this with every new employee, this is what all the employees have said) and won't give you a schedule to work with even after working there already for a month. What's even more aggravating is that while you're trying to work the management will take more than 7 smoke breaks a day, watch Netflix at their desk, or will take several naps throughout the day (even though they would show up a few hours late to work everyday).
