Support staff get treated as sub-par employees to fee-earners. 70-80% of partners and lawyers are disgustingly rude and condescending to support staff on the regular. This is a regressive way to think as top talent won't stick around in that culture, and Ashurst has a negative reputation for this in the market globally.
