-There are some hard working and dedicated employees here that deserve way better than Ascentec. I hope one day that they will see their worth and go somewhere else where they are valued and appreciated

-Training is non-existent. You’re thrown into the fire and expected to "figure it out", and any mistakes are held against you -Turnover is insane. People realize what a mess it is pretty quickly and leave -Awful PTO and benefits -The company invests in bringing in people from overseas while ignoring the basic needs of employees already living here -Management plays favorites, including the CEO's who hire their family members -HR is not here for you. It only exists so they can say they have HR. If you have a problem, expect to be brushed off
