      We are going through a lot of changes to how we approach projects in order to deliver value to the business. The people we work with are like family.

      Change is hard. We are making good progress, but it is frustrating at times. If a person is not comfortable with change, this is probably not the place for them.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
