Where to start…if you are female expect to be sexually harassed, and then the harrasser to be promoted to Senior Management. Acknowledged by HR, and their Director. Harasser not disciplined, only required to apologize behind closed doors alone with victim. Expect years of loyalty, and going above, and beyond to not be rewarded. If you do not have a degree that will be utilized as the excuse for you to not be promoted. Expect favoritism, and discrimination, at all levels. General lack of professionalism in Manufacturing.
