Hush hush mentality - managers work with HR to keep people in departments so they cannot be promoted and move in - though lunch is free, it is very unhealthy. Naples however has a salad bar, whereas other locations only have one salad to choose and unhealthy other options - the main location in Naples is very much preferred whereas the other locations are never updated - managers prefer to keep their employees uninformed to discipline afterwards for mistakes due to not being informed - A lot of backstabbing and plain disrespect between departments
