Horrible management and not concerned at all about their employees or the residents that they serve! Run as fast as you can for it is the worst company I have ever been apart of in my entire career. The level of professionalism is utterly despicable. They mask themselves behind a website that touts about the quality of life of others using a tag line called "Celebrating the Art of Life" which is a complete facade. What the company cares about above anything else is MONEY! The co-owners Ronnie Cook and Warren Page lack the skill sets required to efficiently run an organization. No Employee Training, No Employee Recognition, No Accountability, No Leadership! Artegan isn't interested in listening to their employees or residents complaints their mantra is dismissing people and putting band-aids on severely broken systems and processes. It's imperative that procedures and process are in place and adhered to, for when not enforced chaos becomes the norm. This is exactly what you will experience when working for this organization. Artegan communities are continually under investigation by the State Board of Health & Social Services. Revolving door of RN's, Care Givers, Executive Directors, Line Staff, Department Managers and Regional Management. They outsource their HR division who has no real pulse on the goings on at their establishments and Warren Page the co-owner is a disgrace to the Senior Housing Community for he is impulsive, lacks good judgement and has no true leadership skills. This organization is an embarrassment to the Senior Housing sector and it's operators like these that give the senior housing industry a poor reputation. If you truly have a calling to serve the needs of others this is not a place where you will find tenure, job satisfaction or where you will be appreciated.
