No formal training to bridge the gap between your academic program or certificate program and the needs of the positions. Too many tools across teams. Your team is expected to train you, but they don't know that and some of them are in different time zone/different country. No industry standards; they create their own, so if you get laid off, you'll find your skill set is not always aligned with what other companies have on their job rosters.
