Pros

Best coworkers you could ask for. Your local team really tries to help as much as they can. Time off and pay are ok.

Kontras

Lack of training. Unpaid overtime. The constant fear your job will be sent to Denver. The constant change in direction is a little much. You feel like you are constantly having to battle other departments. Wake up, you are all on the same team.Having your sales people book orders online for customers to hit a metric that ultimately is going to cause loss of head count is messed up. They want all non direct customer facing roles in Denver. That is the bottom line for their bottom line.
