      Pros

      I have worked for this company for over ten years and in that time have had opportunities for advancement. You are expected to do your job and work hard and in return you receive one of the best employee compensation packages around. I would recommend this company as one of the best I have worked for.

      Location makes it difficult to get trucks in for deliveries without interlining with local carriers.

      The health insurance is fairly Reasonable offer 401 k and Pension plan

      Extremely bad work conditions! Exposure to very harmful chemicals . Management is terrible to there employees . They have zero respect an appreciation to any of there employees. Absolutely no opportunity to advance but will be expected to preform task of higher level positions with out a pay increase. Short staffed company and will be expected to work more as a production employee. Vacation is pro rated and very confusing first full week is not given till year 3 so you have little time off till then and if you make any mistakes they take your vacation time ! Everything is to there benefit you not there equals them losing money !!
