1) Working at Arm is gratifying and rewarding. Flexible working hours. Timeline are tight but can we achived with proper planning .Getting opportunity to work on cutting edge technology. Good support from other teams . Learning curve is also good.

Kontras

There is not so much guidance from technology perspective in terms of flows and methodology, documentation related to technical aspects, datasheet which will hopefully improve over the course of time as I see , things are changing .
