Thanks for leaving a review of your internship! We pride ourselves on making the work environment one that is inclusive and friendly, and I'm happy to read that you experienced that during your internship. The approach smaller companies take to make decisions is drastically different than that of a large company. Since we have grown rather quickly in the last few years, we have had to change our way of thinking in how we approach decision making, as you are absolutely right that process can be streamlined to be more efficient.
