New executive management team has extensive market experience and has done wonders to align the various departments with a strong focus on teamwork. Innovative ideas are being listened to and received; all voices are now being heard. Internal collaboration as well as customer-focused partnerships have become the standard.

Kontras

Mending broken customer relationships and rebuilding trust after some past management hiccups takes time. With the new team, however, the support to do so is incredible.

Predictable work schedule Safety Oriented Cross training available. Overtime available in all departments if you were cross trained.

Kontras

Long hours, at the time I worked they had transitioned from a 5 day work week to a 4 on 4 off schedule-12 hour days, peak business would involve a lot of over time or sometimes even mandatory overtime to balance out fairness on hour distribution, during slower business people could be dismissed early.
